Peerspace is an online marketplace for unique and undiscovered locations: An Airbnb for event, production and offsite spaces.

Peerspace was looking to understand their product-market fit in Europe and asked Expansion Partner to help them kick-start in select European cities.

Expansion Partner conducted a strategic planning workshop with Peerspace in San Francisco to map out a light-weight expansion plan.

Following a deep market study, London, Paris and Berlin were selected as the three cities for Peerspace to kick-start in Europe.

Expansion Partner focused on using existing product with minimal localization. As part of Peerspace launch in Europe, Expansion Partner recruited and managed three market manager, generated viable supply in the three selected markets and drove demand via B2B and online marketing. Finally, Expansion Partner developed a comprehensive playbook to guide Peerspace through further European expansion.

Peerspace was launched in London, Paris and Berlin within six weeks of the project launch. During this process Peerspace gained a firsthand understanding of how to launch in Europe and is well-equipped for independent further expansion.
